After 15 years on the tools, our founder set out to solve it properly — give tradies their time back, take office admin and reception work off their plate for good, and help them make more money in the same hours they're already working.
Our story
TradieCEO started in a ute, not a boardroom.
No one wants to spend day and night — chasing jobs, chasing invoices, chasing their own tail. The pattern was always the same: you're up a ladder or under a house, the phone rings, and by the time you call back, the job's gone to whoever picked up first. Then at 8pm, instead of being at the dinner table, you're doing quotes and invoices at the kitchen bench.
Nobody got into trade work to become a call centre and a bookkeeper. So we built the AI office manager we wished we'd had — one that answers every call, books the job, and chases the invoice, so you don't have to.
Today, TradieCEO runs quietly in the background for Australian trade businesses every single day, 24/7 — answering calls, booking jobs, and clearing admin while the tradies who use it get on with the work that actually pays.
