Connecting the accounting and calendar tools you already use so TradieCEO fits into your existing setup, not the other way around.
From Settings → Integrations, you can connect Xero or MYOB to keep your invoicing and payments in sync with your existing accounting software, rather than maintaining numbers in two places.
Calendar sync is two-way — jobs booked in TradieCEO appear on your existing Google or Outlook calendar, and anything already on your calendar is respected when the AI is booking new jobs, so you won't end up double-booked.
Most businesses forward their existing number to TradieCEO rather than switching to a new one, so there's no change from the customer's side. This is set up from Settings → Business alongside your other business details.
